- Motion from Gil: To ensure that the projector is not used off site, and is to remain permanently affixed to the ceiling. Moved: Maurice Seconded: Jim Toews Carried
- Motion from Gil: To grant a 1 year Honorary membership to Michael Lemcke and Phillip Shrimpton in recognition of attaining Silver status at the Area School Science Fair, their keen interest in Astronomy, and for their excellent presentation entitled ‘Gravities Fatal Attraction-Black Holes’.

- Michael and Phillip graciously donated their project to the Club, where it will be prominently displayed.

April 2 – Tour at the Observatory
April 20 – RASC president Rajiv Gupta visits the Prince George Centre. Lecture at UNBC in room 7-150 at 7:00 p.m. Buffet at the Ascah’s at 5:00 p.m. If you haven’t already indicated, call John ASAP at (250) 614-0557 if you plan on attending. A visit to the observatory will follow.

Phillip and Michael, Grade 7 students at Foothills Elementary School, presented their Science Fair project on Black Holes. Michael lives close to the Observatory, and visits us quite often. Maurice ran a Power Point presentation featuring Gemini, Saturn, Ceres, and Cassini.
